Ownership and privacy
Who operates Advocloud, what the current pilot does, and what happens when you contact us through this public website.
Who owns Advocloud?
Advocloud is owned and operated by Clever Iterations Pty Ltd (ABN 19 695 039 019), an Australian software company headquartered in New South Wales.
Chris Mitre is the founder of Clever Iterations and leads the Advocloud pilot.
What is available now?
Advocloud is being assessed with a small group of firms as an assisted pilot. Its current public scope is a client view of matter status, next steps and document checklists under the participating firm's branding.
Delivery arrangements, custom-domain work and integrations — including Clio — are assessed and agreed per firm. They are not represented as automatic, universal or broadly launched features.
What does this website collect?
If you submit the contact form, we collect the work email address you provide so Chris can respond to your enquiry. The form also uses hCaptcha for abuse prevention.
Our hosting and anti-abuse services may process standard technical request information, such as an IP address, browser details and timestamps. Do not submit client matter details or legal documents through the public contact form.
What about pilot data?
Before any client use, the proposed data sources, access model, responsibilities and handling requirements are reviewed with the participating firm. A public website description does not replace that firm-specific assessment or agreement.
Where is the full policy?
The controlling privacy policy is the Clever Iterations Privacy Policy. It explains how Clever Iterations handles personal information across its websites, products and business operations.
Questions, access requests or privacy concerns can be sent to chris@cleveriterations.com. hCaptcha's own processing is described in the hCaptcha Privacy Policy.
